The inaugural Suncoast Colour Run – Parents & Friends fundraiser and community building event was a fabulous day – great colour and great fun.
The Colour Run raised funds for ongoing Parents & Friends projects, like providing more shaded play areas for students around the College.
Held on the oval, the run consisted of a short circular course with four obstacle stations, some of which were wet stations, immediately followed by a colour station. The colour powder was squirted from bottles by College staff with many students were wearing red shirts for the , while others choose white shirts for maximum colour saturation!
Fundraising was conducted via a simple online process where each student received a booklet explaining the event, sponsorship and how prizes work.
Well done Suncoast Parents & Friends for organising such a wonderful day.
