Application for Enrolment

Please note that completing the SunArts – Application For Enrolment (below) does not automatically place a student in a SunArts Program, rather it is the first step in welcoming your student to our program.

Where the student is enrolled at ��ϲʿ��ֱ��, approval from the ��ϲʿ��ֱ�� Business Office and subsequent payment of fees must be completed prior to class attendance.
For external students (i.e. those not currently enrolled at ��ϲʿ��ֱ��) approval via our Business Office is not required. Yet in both cases, placement in a SunArts Program is not made until payment for that program is received.

Student-Parent Expectations

Students are expected to practice regularly.
Students are extended to attend lessons punctually and with the required clothing and equipment.
Students will be expected to participate in College performances once an appropriate standard has been reached.
Class sizes will comprise groups no larger than ten students unless advised.
Where classes that are taught after school, parents are expected to collect students promptly at the conclusion of that class.

I agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. The enrolment into the SunArts program is subject to approval from the College Business Office advising that there are no outstanding fees to ��ϲʿ��ֱ��. (not applicable for external students)
2. Each Term a levy is billable to assist in the cost of administering and maintaining the SunArts Program. For Suncoast students, it is $21 per term and this is levied on School Fees and for external students, it is $42 per term and the levy will be a billed account.
3. Students must complete one full term of tuition once enrolled in the program. A student may withdraw from the program after that period but must give the teacher four weeks’ notice. In the event that four weeks’ notice is not provided, then payment of fees in lieu is required.
4. costume levy will be charged where performances require group costumes.
5. Payment for lessons will be made in advance for the term’s lessons. On receipt of the invoice, payment is required within four weeks and payable directly to the teacher.
6. Lessons missed cannot be made up, as these lessons are only delivered in class groups.
7. Where classes are taught after school, that parents are expected to collect students promptly after class.
8. Completion of this Application form does not guarantee a place in SunArts, rather is the first stage of the Enrolment process.
